Bliss (n) happiness, joy, and a state of spiritual blessedness

"This Cameo figure is probably one of
my favorite subjects to paint. Vibrant with
pastel hues mixed with citrus fresh fruit and
florals. She has a relaxed and regal gesture
with a visionary gaze that is confident and
hopeful. Her lips softly parted to emphasize
the beauty of the breathe. My art mantra and
message that I write on the back of all my
paintings is BREATHE, BELIEVE, BLOOM &
    BECOME.
The Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh
explains that "The Breathe is the bridge
which connects life to consciousness, which
unites your body to your thoughts."
The flourishing headdresses of in all
of my artwork can be seen as representations
our Divine Nature, various virtues and the
power of our mind and thoughts. In addition,
the flowers can be seen as a reflection of our
inner world, values and self worth. When we
are aligned and nurture the garden of our
mind, body and spirit there is a wondrous
bliss that is obtained. The definition for the
bliss is: perfect happiness; great joy. I don’t
believe being in a state of bliss is ignorant,
rather it’s an achievable blessing that benefits
your well-being. I feel when we intentionally
choose to live life with a spiritual state of
mind we open ourselves up to a world of
wonder, magic and miracles, where growth is
a garden to behold and transformation
becomes a treasures for the soul. The trinity
of hummingbirds seen in this painting are
seen as symbols of the spiritual realm. They’re
messengers with no limits and boundaries,
fluttering around her aura to guide, protect
    and inspire.
May we all strive to joyfully delight in
the beauty of being in harmony with Nature,
the Divine Universe, with each other and
    within ourselves." - Lindsey Erin
